Backlinks This is the most important part of Article Marketing. Use a free article directory that does not allow spam. After approval your article will be on the Internet sending traffic your way. Avoid using automatic spinners, these simply do not work. Any good Article Directory will reject content that is obviously spun.
Website Visitors Be sure to include links to your site in the resource box so users can go to your page. Even if it is something as simple as “Click here for more information”. The reader is alread interested in your subject or they wouldn’t be reading. Bad content does not give a reader a reason to check out your website. Write good articles!
Reconition Published articles can only add to your expertise. When people read your words, they naturally assume you’re an expert on whichever topic you’re covering. However, be warned that this is a two way street. If your article has poor grammar or doesn’t make sense the reader will assume you don’t have a clue. If you can’t write well or don’t know the subject, hire a professional. There are many services that offer article writing that are very inexpensive.
Investment Over time you will gain an amazing amount of backlinks to your articles and website if you produce quality articles. This process is called link bait. You would have a hard time finding a well written article that does not receive traffic and backlinks. However, if your article is unreadable you will gain no backlinks or traffic. I know it is very difficult to rate your own writing ability, ask a friend or family member to proof read your work and give an honest assessment. You could be brilliant but if you don’t write well you’re wasting your time.
Knowledge When you begin writing your article you’re also gaining knowledge on your subject. This education adds to your arsenal and you should gain ideas about new sites or driving more traffic to your existing pages. Most articles I write come with the benefit of gaining experience and knowledge about the topic.
Help People Articles that solve a problem are extremely popular. Next time you have to fix something, take notes and write an article on what you did to fix the problem. If you have the problem, someone else does as well. Why not help them out and get some backlinks in the process?
